Becky sup­ports DBL Part­ners fund admin­is­tra­tion and man­age­ment. In addi­tion to her role with DBL, she also con­sults for Stan­dish Man­age­ment as a Direc­tor, pro­vid­ing sim­i­lar ser­vices to oth­er ven­ture cap­i­tal firms. Becky is a lead­er­ship coach and trains high-lev­el pro­fes­sion­als on the devel­op­ment of their lead­er­ship potential.

For­mer­ly, Becky was the COO/​CFO at Foundry Group, a ven­ture cap­i­tal firm with over $1B in assets under man­age­ment focused on invest­ing in tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­nies. Becky start­ed her Foundry Group career with its lega­cy firm, Mobius Ven­ture Cap­i­tal, in Palo Alto, Cal­i­for­nia, which had over $2B in assets under man­age­ment. In 2006, she moved to Col­orado to start Foundry Group with its man­ag­ing direc­tors, where Becky helped estab­lish the new firm and build out its back-office team, while con­tin­u­ing to man­age the Mobius Funds. Pri­or to Becky’s fif­teen years with Foundry Group, she spent near­ly four years with Price­wa­ter­house­C­oop­ers in San Jose, Cal­i­for­nia, pro­vid­ing audit and assur­ance ser­vices to pri­vate and pub­lic companies.

Becky grad­u­at­ed cum laude from Cal­i­for­nia State Uni­ver­si­ty, Bak­ers­field, and earned a BS degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion with an empha­sis in Accounting.
